We treat all chronic pain conditions

What is joint Pain?

Joint pain refers to discomfort, stiffness, swelling, or soreness in one or more joints, the areas where two or more bones meet. It can affect your movement, daily activities, and overall quality of life. It is one of the most common reasons people seek medical care and can range from mild irritation to severe, disabling pain. Understanding its causes and treatments is the first step toward relief.

How Joint Pain Happens?

Joint pain develops when the structures within or around the joint are damaged, irritated, or weakened.

Types of Joint Pain

Joint pain can appear in different forms, depending on its duration, cause, and effect on the body.

Treatment of Joint Pain

The right treatment depends on the cause, severity, and impact of the pain. Our approach combines relief with long-term joint protection.

Common Joint Pain Conditions

Arthritis

A group of conditions that cause joint inflammation, stiffness, and swelling. Osteoarthritis results from wear and tear of cartilage, while rheumatoid arthritis is an autoimmune disorder that attacks joint tissue. Both can limit mobility and lead to chronic pain if untreated.

Bursitis

Inflammation of the bursae, small fluid-filled sacs that cushion the joints. It usually develops from repetitive movement or prolonged pressure on a joint, causing pain, tenderness, and sometimes warmth or redness in the affected area.

Carpal Tunnel Syndrome

A condition caused by compression of the median nerve in the wrist. It leads to tingling, numbness, weakness, and pain in the hand or fingers, often worsening at night or during activities that involve wrist strain.

Epicondylitis (Tennis Elbow / Golf Elbow)

An overuse injury affecting the tendons around the elbow joint. Pain worsens with gripping, lifting, or repetitive hand movements, and if left untreated, it can limit arm strength and daily activities.

Frozen Joint syndrome

Frozen Joint syndrome or Adhesive Capsulitis is a painful disorder that causes decreased (ROM) range of motion in a joint (shoulder most often, knees or less often hips). This is thought to be caused from chronic inflammation, scarring, thickening and shrinkage of the capsule that surrounds the joint.

Sacroiliac Joint Pain

Pain originating from the sacroiliac joints at the base of the spine, often mistaken for lower back pain. It can cause discomfort in the lower back, buttocks, or thighs and usually worsens with prolonged standing, walking, or climbing stairs.

Tendinopathy including Achilles tendonitis

A condition where tendons become inflamed or degenerate due to overuse, aging, or injury. It causes pain, swelling, stiffness, and reduced strength, especially during physical activity or first thing in the morning.

Recovery

Healing from joint pain is a step-by-step process, and recovery time varies based on the cause and treatment chosen.
